Week 4 - The Cardio Challenge

We are challenging you to boost your cardio while training. Each day you will do a 20 minute martial arts workout - fast paced and strong:


5 minutes - handstrikes

5 minutes - kicks

5 minutes - techniques (combinations, kempos, grabs, clubs)

5 minutes - 2 to 3 forms


Keep track of your times each day as well as what you practiced so you rotate through all of your movements. RED AND BLACK BELTS - this is important to help with memorization, quickness, and timing, especially if you are preparing for testing.
