Your goal is to take 30 minutes each day to focus on making what you are practicing better - sharper, stronger, faster, smoother, better stances, quicker reaction time. That is the training that we are always striving towards in our classes, not just learning strikes, blocks, techniques, and forms, but making them flow naturally when you need them.
