Week 12 - The Mental Fitness Challenge

This week we are challenging you to improve your mental fitness. There are so many fun ways to work on this - reading, learning something new, playing strategy games, using math flash cards, being creative artistically, playing an instrument, writing stories. The first thing to do though, is put away the devices! Take a break from electronics this week - that alone can improve your focus! - and put your mental energy into other pursuits.


Write down what activities you do each day in your notebook and bring it in to earn your excellence stripe. Make sure to share your ideas with others!
