Week 1 - The Push Up Challenge

Go to the link below to watch the video "The RIGHT way to do push-ups", I like the way he explains. The challenge is to do what he shows you on the video, to get the proper muscle engagement. Then start doing them without touching the ground, go only 2 inches above the ground. See how many you can do, and add one each day, without sacrificing form, like shown. Watch the video daily so you are reminded of the proper form. Keep a log of daily totals so you can see an improvement. Have someone record you daily. When you show us those videos, showing improvement, you will get an excellence stripe on your belt.
