Week 3 - The Core Challenge

This week we are focusing on strengthening our core. Having a strong core is so important for our posture and stances, for balance, and for strong kicks and punches. Follow the video below - it is an 8 minute workout with 8 different exercises, each done for 60 seconds. Start with 15 to 20 seconds of each and build your way up to longer times. Record your times in your notebook and bring it in to receive your excellence stripe. As always - do your best and then a little more!
